One of the most-asked questions here on Sleeping Should Be Easy is how to sleep train twins. Never mind that the twin parents community here is a small section of the audience. It started with a post a wrote on how I sleep trained my twins, over two years ago. And until now, it’s still the most commented post ever on the blog.
I heard success stories from parents who read the post and applied the same process with their twins. They wrote back saying how much their lives have changed once they were able to sleep in long stretches.
Though helpful the post was, readers also had questions. They asked ‘what if’ scenarios I hadn’t explained which I answered in the comments.
These questions and successes convinced me to develop the post into a comprehensive guide. One that answered all these questions and further explained the process. I knew there was more to say.
