About Nina Garcia
Hi, I’m Nina Garcia, the founder of Sleeping Should Be Easy, a leading parenting resource and online blog. I’ve spent the last 14 years creating helpful content for parents through online courses and workshops, ebooks, newsletters, and the Sleeping Should Be Easy website.
I had been blogging in one form or another since the internet came out, so when I became a mom, it didn’t take long for me to create a site dedicated to parenting.
It was here where I recorded insights and lessons I was learning about being a mom. Over time, parents began to turn to my site for advice, sharing how much they have grown better as a parent because of it.

What you’ll find
Sleeping Should Be Easy is your go-to resource for all things parenting, including sleep issues, handling behavior, practical tips for daily family life, and nurturing your child’s natural inclination to learn and play.
I’ve authored and created several online courses, workshops, and ebooks, including Same Side Discipline and How to Teach Your Baby to Self Soothe, and my weekly newsletter includes over 35,000 active subscribers.
Besides the blog, my writing has been featured in So Glad They Told Me: Women Get Real About Motherhood as well as sites like Twiniversity, Scary Mommy, and Working Moms Against Guilt. I’ve also been invited to speak as a parenting expert to private companies and organizations, interviewed on several parenting podcasts like Gotcha Mama and It Takes a Village, and have been a guest speaker on Regalo Baby.
