About Nina Garcia

Hi, I’m Nina Garcia, the founder of Sleeping Should Be Easy, a leading parenting resource and online blog. I’ve spent the last 14 years creating helpful content for parents through online courses and workshops, ebooks, newsletters, and the Sleeping Should Be Easy website.

I had been blogging in one form or another since the internet came out, so when I became a mom, it didn’t take long for me to create a site dedicated to parenting.

It was here where I recorded insights and lessons I was learning about being a mom. Over time, parents began to turn to my site for advice, sharing how much they have grown better as a parent because of it.
